  • Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at the address below within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Digital Products: The Book is a physical product; no refunds on digital downloads.

  • Return Eligibility: If the Book arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, email us at support@d2cmaverick.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will provide a return shipping label where applicable.

  • Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item, credited to the original payment method.
