This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship your orders for The D2C Maverick from our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in India) after payment confirmation.

Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day will enter processing the same day; orders after 2:00 PM IST begin processing the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers to deliver your Book safely and swiftly. Available services:

Standard delivery (India Post / Delhivery / Blue Dart)

Express delivery (India Post Speed Post / Ekart Prime)

Carrier choice may vary based on your location and selected shipping speed.
3. Domestic Shipping (India)

Standard delivery : 5–10 business days

Express delivery : 2–4 business days

Pincode Coverage: We ship to all PIN codes across India. Remote locations may take an additional 2–3 days.
5. Shipping Rates

India (Standard delivery ): ₹50 per order

India (Express delivery ): ₹150 per order
Rates are flat per order, regardless of quantity. Actual charges appear at checkout.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with:

You can track your shipment online via the carrier’s portal or our website’s “Track My Order” page.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Damages in Transit: If your Book arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Lost Shipments: If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package or offer a replacement.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Domestic Orders: Prices include applicable GST.
9. Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-deliveries due to incorrect addresses. If you need to update your address after placing an order, email us immediately at support@d2cmaverick.com; we’ll do our best to accommodate changes before shipment.
