Please read this policy carefully. By purchasing The D2C Maverick, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. All Sales Are Final

No Returns: We do not accept returns of any kind.

No Refunds: All purchases are non-refundable, including for change of mind, incorrect orders, or delivery delays.
2. Order Cancellation

Pre-Shipment Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately at support@d2cmaverick.com. We will honor cancellation requests only if the order has not yet shipped.

Post-Shipment Cancellations: Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Although we cannot process returns or refunds, we stand behind the quality of our product. If your copy of The D2C Maverick arrives damaged or defective:

Email us at support@d2cmaverick.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and photographs clearly showing the damage or defect.
We will review your claim on a case-by-case basis and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement copy.
4. Shipping Errors
If you receive an incorrect item (e.g., wrong edition or duplicate order):

Notify us at support@d2cmaverick.com within 7 days of delivery.

Provide your order number and details of the error.
- Replacement will be redelivered within 5-7 days
We will investigate and, at our discretion, correct the mistake by shipping the correct item—subject to stock availability. No refunds will be issued.
5. Digital Content
If any digital materials (e.g., downloadable worksheets, bonus resources) are included with your purchase, they are also non-refundable and cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded.
